Nonnie is coming to Chicago this weekend for a visit, it's going to be hard for her to leave her two grandchildren. (wink wink, cough) She is coming to play with me, Sally, Dick and Lee.

Yay! Jeff just found out he got into the graduate program he applied to! He's going to get a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University (online, no moving to Boston involved). Congratulations Jeff!

My new dog

Here's my first family news item:

Jeff and I adopted a new dog, named Rooster, from the county shelter this week. He's a 10 month old mutt, possibly a basenji-lab mix. Here's a picture:

Welcome to the new Stovall family blog! The idea to create one was brought up this past X-mas, and I finally got around to it. I'll be adding everyone to the list of people who can post, so we can all post updates (text, pictures, videos, links, or whatever).
